Did you use flashlight? Don't do it if you did.
Also, up your graphics, even if you're lagging it's not like we can see that in a picture.
Posing is not that bad though :)
Also, way too much space left unused at the top

the top is the power plant chernobyl that is why there is space but your right there is too much space thank you

You also might want to learn how to edit using GIMP or something.

The pose on the guys crouching is pretty believable.
The rest is not so good.
It's been said before, but the AA is really what kills it.
