Comments and Criticism welcome, i am just starting out in posing and using photoshop. Please let me know if i am doing anything wrong or how i can improve. I would have put tracers in this photo of shots being fired towards the men but i have no idea how to make tracers, i could not find any tutorials on it. Also if it's not clear, the soldier with the radio is trying to get his comrade to leave his post and retreat.
Update: Alright, i changed the shadowing a bit to try and improve the looks. I think it turned out good, go look at the updated comparison to see.

the camera angle and posing is nice, but that muzzle flash is waaay overused
Posing is pretty good especially for a first poster, I don't necessarily think the title fits but that muzzle flash doesn't look good at all, it's a shitty stock one(no offense). But the blood effect in the back isn't half bad, work on your lighting a bit more and I'm sure you'll be making some pretty great shit in no time.

Well, i didn't really have any other ones and all the ones i could find were really bad. Sorry about it being over used, will have to try and find another one for future poses.

Are their any tutorials for that? I don't really know how i would go about making a good looking one. Also for the title i was kind of going for the building to building combat, so that is why they are in a building.

The guy in the back looks like he has broken legs or something, and the muzzleflash looks very solid.. but other than that it looks good.

He was suppose to be falling over after getting shot, but now i realize that he is falling right as he is shot and that doesn't make sense.
