Hi. I'm the voice of harsh (but fair) reason.
Stop cranking out pictures like a production line. You make so many new threads with such rapidity that it's genuinely astonishing. If you try and rush them out like this, they end up looking bad and you won't improve. It's not a race; take your time. Quite often I'll spend an hour or two posing (longer for pictures with more than two or three people in them) and then between two and four hours editing (unless I'm happy with the ingame lighting, which isn't often).

On this picture specifically, suit guy on the right looks alright and I guess the zombie does too. The rest are either too stiff or too loosely posed.
