Turn your AA up to get rid of the jiggies. As for that, maybe a little better job isolating around the wheels so you don't get those yellow smeers in your bluring.

The edit does mend the chronic jaggendess of the car somewhat.

And generally the original is just too low-quality, or done with a too low-quality model and map.
