Hem hem, first of all, ONLY post a pose if you think it's a good enough standard, this is clearly not one of them, you should edit in photoshop or Gimp, just to add that little touch. And turn up the graphics, it looks awfully ugly.
Before even thinking about learning Photoshop or Gimp, i'd prefer him to learn Garrysmod.
