whoops hahaha i put the wrong edit as the main image silly me
ULLLLLLLLAAAAaaaaa! Thank god for Jeff Wayne for the only accurate version of War of the Worlds.
Terrifying, yet pretty.
One thing: the blur on the lasers looks a bit too diffused. I think tightening that up would help out.
Regardless, great pic.
i didn't actually blur the lasers, lol. thanks anyway i'll look into reworking the technique i use to make it less blurry.
still boring
Right, should've clarified: the transitional section from the center of the beam, designated the 'white' section, to where the beam ends, designated the 'color' section, seems a bit too big. I suggested shrinking that section so the color transition happens over less pixels, which ends up making the beam look more compact and less diffused.
But it's whatever, dude. I shouldn't be telling you how to edit your pics.

Wow, I was just listening to the original radio dramatization of War of the Worlds before I checked out this thread. Very nicely done!
Some martians just want to watch the world burn!
The original doesn't look bad either.
no matter how many times I see those martian tripod models
I will never unsee
the cleavage eyes.
