MAke sure you bump up those graphics, and as for the posing, it's ok.
I just clicked away adding loads, might do another with less bottles and placed better

Says all options are set to High already
Go to your Graphic card control panel and set all to Controlled by Application
Cant find this (at the moment anyway) could be because im running it on my laptop?
