A 50 caliber bullet is larger than the average thumb, it would make his head explode. Have you played COD 4? There is a mission where you snipe a guy with a 50. cal and his whole arm is blown off.

My dad said one of his work buddies showed him a pic of a suicide bomber who got hit in the head by a 50. He described it as "There really wasn't anything there other than two stringy bits on the sides with ears attached to them" Corky is right, he really ought not to have a head.
