Also how come everything strange happens in NYC? We got Prototype in there fucking shit up, we got Cloverfield fucking even more shit up, then we got that guy trying to blow up a school in Die Hard 3.

I'm not trying to be defensive, but, the guy is sitting next to him, to get a closer look at the body, and, it is a picture, so i'm the one who took the picture, which equals, me being the picture taker ;P

<sigh> unless he's some passer-by in a hazmat suit, then he'd be taking a picture [i]while[/i] he's taking a closer look. And if you're the "picture taker" (see: photographer) then why would you take a picture of two guys NEXT to a body? Did... they just kill him?
