Your AA is fine. Just need to work on your posing.
Yeah, the spy and demo were kinda rushed
Super DoF is easy. Click Super DoF, before pressing Render choose the distance. When you have what you want as your focus as clear (not blurred) as possible you can choose the blur amount, then press render.
