too dark at some places
Hard to take it seriously in the beginning with that life's worth livin' song. A lot of time was wasted on the going through the apartment shot. Maybe use a quarter of this shot and make a couple of new ones. Otherwise, looks good.
I'm my option those apartments look too fancy.

Yeah its suppose to show that he is trying to make his life happy.
I have to say that I'm personally impressed with the camera work. and I have to agree with @Gunnamon, that opening shot did take up a lot of time. Maybe a few shots of him actually walking through the apartment would be a more suitable arrangement? Bah what do I know I'm a noob.
4*s.
Later.
Poor direction, bad camerawork, low-quality dubs, poor subtitles, poor posing, and grammatical mistakes on the actual subtitles.
Among those issues, I can really see the effort. I can see it's only your second attempt, and that is perfectly understandable. You are doing great for having only tried this two times. The above looks harsh, but those are all of the issues I have managed to spot, and I guess maybe one last one would be to record in a higher quality.
If you manage to fix those few issues, you can make some good videos, that looked good for a beginner effort.
