I haven't made a comic in ages. So I wanted to just make a test comic to kinda brush up a bit. I may make a full comic with the story I had in mind when posing this. It's a story I've been working on for a while. Though, I haven't attempted making such a long and thural comic purely because I don't feel it'll be worth my time. I was expecting a another zombie infection comic but the idea with the robot looks intresting
Thanks man! Although in the story I built. the setting is a zombie infection. Though the robots play the big part as the threat.
Robot humanoid, kill it!
I think the speechbubbles could use some work and there's not much story here to continue, but, other than that, pretty good, especially the editing. Good job, keep it up.

Hey, a Hairtbastard comic! It's been too long.
Made another test comic. Based on the story I've written. Might actually make the full comic soon. Please C&C. Layout, effects, etc.
I'm really liking the washed-out brownish look ya got here. Seems as though the flashlight is a bit superfluous, though. Everyone's pretty well lit already.
more pls
more pls
Working on the story right now. Will eventually get around to making the full comic. Hopefully I'll actually finnish it, because I'm really liking the story.
The only part of these I think needs tweaking is your speech and sound effects. Insofar as the speech, the font is really nice, it's readable and the aesthetic is neutral enough that it doesn't affect the atmosphere one way or the other, like how a 'comic' font would ruin the tension. The solid pure white bubbles on the other hand do detract from the generally dark atmosphere; rather than filling them with white, try filling them with something very close to white, like ~220/220/220, at about 85% opacity, even just that little bit of transparency helps them blend in immensely while retaining enough contrast to read black text, adjust to taste. The sound effects are tricky because you have to rasterize the text to distort it, so it loses its antialiasing. To that end, try starting with chuffing massive text when you rasterize and distort it, then shrinking it down to the size you want, if you aren't already - this will help with the funky effect that's going on with the stroke and other layer effects on "*SCREEEEEEEECH*" in the second strip: Also random tip that has proven handy periodically for me that you may already know, you can make layer effects part of a layer (as in, layer styles will become part of the layer, and you can copy-paste it around without having to reapply them) by merging a layer with a blank new layer beneath it. Anyway, have fun and keep making comics, you've got the gift.
Extremely helpfull info there man, really appriciate it. I think I can say without doubt that they will be very usefull, cheers! :)
