Help with editing in PS - Garry's Mod

They seem like dots with low transparency and maybe some grain.

Haha, I'm the one who did those in the edit my screenshot thread, it's dust highlighted by a lens flare. Google [URL="https://www.google.com/search?q=lens+dust+texture"]lens dust texture[/URL] and set it to screen or add. Hope this helps :smile:

Yeah, next time I'd just recommend sending a PM to the person who posted it.

Usually a lens flare will work or there are special brushs you can install.

Hope this helps :smile:[/QUOTE] Got close to the same effect with a round half transparent soft brush, grain and surface blur. Some fiddling with eraser for variety. Nice pic by the way. Like the effects.
