It's a nice attempt but if you're doing anything other than TF2 you'll need to work on it because right now they're too round and perfect and look like a simple click of a soft, round brush, ie. not realistic. It's okay in this picture though.

I agree with Chesty on the snow. And the Heavy's pose sort of looks off-balanced, like he's about to tip over.

I knew I should have hid him a little better.. Anyways, no problem :)
Try a darker setting, with the Heavy looking towards the camera, wearing the tough guy's toque and a scarf (If possible).
