I'll be completely honest.
These are bad.
No anti-aliasing, Horrible bloom, the poses are very badly posed, you posed TF2 models on construct, no camera zoom, no real camera angle, it all seems like you spawned a bunch of models and took a pic and decided to post it.

I expect you to take time when posing and post something you think should be posted. It even says in the rules and resources to not post five minute poses.

I expect it not to look worse than my first pose after learning how to pose in under a week. Unfortunently the picture is lost to time and a couple dozen folder wipes, but i'd show you.

Your arguing what somebody thinks about themselves, You cannot change what somebody thinks.
He needs to take time when posing, ask himself if he should post it on an online forum, listen to criticism, and there are tutorials left and right that he can use.
Changing his mind really doesn't have anything to do with his posing.

I take time during posing because I know it will pay off in the long run, I'm trying to help you and you keep putting up excuses. Criticism is key for when you are just starting to pose, either listen and improve or keep telling yourself what you make is fine and you don't need help.

No you dingus. This is perhaps the greatest piece of art that this world has seen since the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
And not only does it contain beauty, but it contains something that everyone's poses lacks: Meaning.
I mean holy shit, I am [B]BLOWN AWAY[/B] into smithereens by the deep meaning of these poses.
Let's see: In the first pose we have Dr. Breen and a Xenomorph fighting off that monster from Tremors. Obviously this means that in the future, after years of nuclear war has turned Earth into a desert wasteland, we will meet two species of xenos. One will become our friend and the other will be our enemy. We will unite and beat the enemy xenos. In the middle of those we have G-Man pointing at something... His stance may define mankind's unknown future. The Xenomorph behind him means that our future will involve aliens somehow. And on the right we have a crashed dropship, the pilot of the crashed dropship, some weird fucker in the window of a hutt, and Adolf Hitler. Now, with the dropship and the pilot and the weird fuck and what not, this would mean that mankind's sense of technology will advance. But the presence of Hitler removes this meaning, instead this means that people will see humanity as a bunch of neo-nazis because of our attitudes towards the xenos.
In the 2nd pose we have a much more... vague meaning, but lets decipher it anyway. We see a Spy disguised as an engineer carrying away the BLU Team's intel, an ammo box, and is carrying a knife. This could mean that in the future, Spies will not only do espionage to take secret files, but also steal ammunition as well. But at his foot is a grenade, this symbolizes the inevitability for spies to be caught. Then we have a Demoman and a Scout fighting eachother, most likely this represents the struggle of racism as the white scout is ontop of the black demoman, symbolizing how white people see themselves superior to the negro peoples. A dead sniper is seen after the demoman and scout, and there appears to be knives stabbed into his back. This probably represents the fact that payback is a real bitch and that all Australians are destined to have their spinal cords snapped in half by obnoxious Frenchmen wielding steel blades. The heavy sitting by his gun shows us a meaning of despair and distortion as he is seen holding up some white thing. He appears to be looking at it with dismay and cannot conceive how he is holding such an object in his hand. This represents human mortality, as we cannot understand why death is so cruel. The engineer represents the fact that ALL Texans secretly have vaginas underneath their faces.
