Medic needs to be more transparent and also probably recolored to a ghostly blue/white. Posing is pretty stiff, too.
Not a bad idea, just needs better execution.

At start i didnt wanned to put legs of heavy and medic in screen, but later saw that it will ruin whole screenshot i zoomed back a little, so u see unposed things there
