Most everything looks good, man. The Engi's muzzle flash does look kinda bad, though.
the muzzleflash is a bunch of glowing blur, the tracers are... odd and the smoke looks rather flat and pasted on
What Joazzz said. Also the blood is weirdly curving upwards. But the shadows on the foreground guy are pretty good.

and it was 2 am in the morning so I was kinda tired and wanted to get the picture done fast.
