Nice :). Although the texture quality of the model is a bit low for such a close up, which makes the focus of the picture look as though it's shifted to the background. A bit of DoF-work would make the sleeper become more of the main character in the picture, but I definitely like the motif!
I like the lighting (except that the near side of the guy's face is lit up from some magical source), and as was already said; super low quality models going on. I would normally point you to some of the addons here that are nothing short of HD, but since the new Gmod I'm at a loss as to how to get them to work anymore.
