Use the bloody [img] [/img] tags. I've seen someone tell you this in everythread of you I have seen.

i dont know how many times you've been told to use img tags but it bugs the shit out of me when you dont but my advice for your picture is to improve and work on your posing, use better jpeg quality, zoom in with your camera tool and use SDoF
Ugh. Learn to pose better and compose an image properly before you even try to edit, let alone use fucking [I]chromatic aberration of all the fucking things.[/I]
