These are my first three poses, ever(Granted, I've had Gmod since Gmod 8. I just never tried posing). Any tips would be great, links to your favorite posing maps, props etc. Here 'ya go:

I know, several things are off, posing wise. Still getting used it :P.
You've got decent posing to start with.
Try the mirror method(look at yourself in the mirror doing the pose)
The color mod is okay
as for the last pic why is it focused around the operator?
you should of done a lighter blur size and focused on the forest.

There are a lot of useful things to be found here. Use Super DoF for blur, but make sure multicore rendering is turned OFF or else GMod will crash.
Thanks for the reply's, I'll be looking into those resources.
I used Super DoF for the second pic. I knew about it, I just never got good results with it, but now I sorta got the hang of it.
