All I can say is, you want to work on your posing. Have you actually seen people [del]hump the ground[/del] kneel like that when offering someone a hand of help? Also, twist torsos; whenever you hold a gun, it is unlikely that it is perpendicular to you chest.
I thought there was going to some sort of a competition taking place.
