Sorry about the finger posing, that's one of my weaknesses.
It's not just the finger posing, it's the fact that his arms are squished at his sides and he looks rather uncomfortable.
It doesn't even look like you posed the arms, just moved the hands to the smg's position.
Might want to work on your posing, the arms are really floppy there.
Otherwise, the background and lighting are both good and the picture overall is pretty decent. Gotta start somewhere.
