Funny picture, but his mouth seems too wide... Like he broke it...
If you saved the scene, mess with the r_eyesize console command. It makes the pupils bigger and smaller. I think "r_eyesize -.2" would look good. It'll make the pupils smaller. Also, the DoF is a bit much. Other than that, it looks good.
