I judge everything based off the names. Something created by someone substituting 'E' with '3' does not appeal. I might watch it later.

We don't even know what the actual story is about. It's just some refugee/rebel/citizen wandering around City 17 and all of a sudden he approaches a strider. Hasn't this been done before or is it just extremely generic?
