The american soldier's posing is pretty nice, but the picture is too blurry.
You should avoid using Ingame Simple DOF and Ingame Bloom. Try using Super DOF because right now you cant comment on anything else than the blur.
Also: Work on your posing before you start working with any picture editing software.
What did you do to the blur :ohdear:
Did you use blur tool in gimp/photoshop?
Use SuperDoF, its easy and way better looking then most edited blur.
As people above said. Use game dof sparingly and never randomly splat image editor dof on the picture at random.
Btw The american doesnt really look like hes holding the gun.

Always remember to save the game where you made a pose(If you can, I know Gmod can be a piece of shit sometimes) so if you find something wrong with it you can fix it right away, this also goes with the editing, don't edit the picture until you have checked it SEVERAL times because if you find a flaw when you are editing you will have to start all over again after you fix it.
I say that because the soldier is not grabbing the knife properly(only the fingers are grabbing it and it he should be grabbing it with his full hand) the chest of the german soldier is poping up and the American soldier should be grabbing his weapon with both hands.
Also, when using the Super DoF, in this case you would focus on the American soldier and zoom some more so you only show half German soldier(The side with the knife) and use soft blur so the viewer can tell he got a knife, that way you show more ragdolls and less empty map.

I used blur on Photoshop, I'll use Super DOF next time.
It was meant to be that he was holding a grenade, but the hand's posing was off so I hid it.
