I feel very sorry for the Scout. My only gripe is that the Soldier's posing looks a wee bit stiff. Otherwise, this is exactly what I've been wanting to see. It'd be better if there were models of the whole cast, then it could be nine-on-nine with RED.

Well there are multiple things he used to create this picture.
One would be a functioning brain, as I see you lack one you can pick one up in the clearance section of your local walmart/superstore.
You would also want a good computer, garry's mod, and editing software.
