Okay, than let me Edit what I said.
Not very atmospheric, it seems a little out of place to have it in a bright lit room. Also that's a pretty awkward camera angle. It also would've been cooler if the guy with the gun was taking aim rather than getting scared.
A SWAT guy probably wouldn't raise his arms like that. If I were that poor sop I would shoot that bastard to no end.
