All this is in-game. In my opinion, this is simple, yet awesome.

I was thinking of adding a couple more to the background, but Gmod crashed when I used the weld tool to build a little flying vehicle
The bloom is strong.
I think your going to have to put a little more effort than putting a helicopter in front of the skybox and taking a picture.
