I know, I wanted to make it look like a neon sign slightly shining into the room, but it didnt came out as expected

The problem with the neon sign is that the only thing showing the glow is the tiles. While much of the neon blue glow would be on the tiles a bit of it would reflect off of them and even directly light other objects in the room -- I'd imagine mostly her and the cupboard doors if the glow is coming from a sign, say across the street and above the window at such an angle it only hits the floor really.
So you'd need to add a bit of glow to the lower parts, subtle hue change and that sort of thing while paying attention to the angle of the light and the light reflected off of surfaces like shiny tiles.
I really enjoy the scenebuild. At first I was going to dismiss this because of the cleavage on the model -- but in the comic book super-heroine sort of way that works and scenebuilds like this are really refreshing among the huge waves of generic some-soldiers-shooting-things-off-screen poses.
