Not bad, all though you should have made it look more like he was aming, compare the two picture, you should have tilted his left hand a little more upwards, and the right arm should be higher. But it's not bad at all.

I honestly would, but, no matter how much I bent and twisted, the awful rigging just wouldn't let me.

The isolation could use some work, everything else looks ok.
Edit; I mean, its jagged, isolation might be boring but fucking up in the isolation will end up in people telling you "Turn up your AA".
