You have to first host the image on an image hosting website, like Imageshack or Photobucket and then post the URL of the photo using [img] tags.

Okay, first things first. Never use gm_construct. It's good for building, not for posing. Try using some Counter-Strike: Source maps or something similar.
Improve your posing, you have to try and pose more realistically. Try standing up and looking into a mirror and try different poses to see how you would stand in reality.
Work on your angles.

Try too look around a little in this section, see what other people are doing, and try to understand what is good and what is not.
If you try real hard, you might do something cool some day, but the road there is indeed very long. As I said, work on stuff, and try looking around.

It takes some great editing and posing though to make construct work well. Unfortunately, this screenshot isn't really either. (spong's, not yours Enhanced. Yours is wonderful.)

Try practicing your posing and learn how to edit, spong.
