The rain is very two dimensional. It seems like most people on here use the same 3 methods for making rain and none of them look just right.

I believe there was some rain tutorial, but it was for Photoshop and that's WAAAAAAAY out of my league right now. So if you know a way to make the rain look better in GIMP, I'd be glad to know it.
