Well, that is not my biggest issue. My issue with it is that you are trying to hard to encompass everything.
The screenshot would have been fine should you have zoomed and chose to focus on Hitler and the soldier alone.

In response to the pic - pick a better camera angle, zoom in, switch hitler dude with american so we can realize it's hitler with the moustache thing, maybe make the american hold a newspaper in one hand where it has a pic of Ford or someone selling cars to germans or something of that sort. The idea is good behind it, but the execution is not so well done. Instead of simple dof use SUPER dof and then click the render option in it.
just to clarify the 'great job' was meant to be said in about the slowest, most malice-laden sarcastic tone possible.

Only problem I have is all the empty space.
The idea is good, I can't say much about the posing due to all the ragdolls being so small in the picture, but from what I can see it looks alright.
