seeing as gmod decided to delete all my addons I tried something using only default models. turned out okay i'd say!

The cigarette isn't lighting the guy's face, the smoke is a bit too opaque, fingerposing is odd, and it doesn't look like you rendered sdof, and the blood on his cheek looks superfluous.

All that being said, there's something that I really like about this. Not really sure what, though.

Yea.
It's too bright, even. Unless he's chiefing down on that thing, it wouldn't be lit up like that.
I do agree with the other points about the dof, blood and smoke. Also I feel like the left arm is too idle.
