Using HL2 effects may not be good, you could have asked someone who has knowledge of using Photoshop to photoshop some nice effect for summoning.
That ledge there could have been concealed aswell, as I now think this has been done in gm_grass (which propably is in truth). Should have placed some rocks and stones there.
Posing looks good, but knight on left looks somehow unnatural.
