It's okay. Quite dull though, and the contrast is a little heavy.
Don't know if there's any posing on the faces but posing or not, their faceposes fit well into the mood of the pic.

It's forgivable since they are concentrating on something. You tend not to show much emotion when deep in thought.
I like it, I think the contrast is fine, too. It signifies dawn.
