This being said, calling him a faggot then editing out your post in cowardise is a gay move.

Work on your angles
Your posing looks unnatural sometimes, try and mimic the poses in front of your computer, it helps.
Do not use Simple Dof, use SuperDof (or at least set the amount of passes to the min on the Simple Dof's settings)
Do not overdo the bloom, it looks like someone vomitted on your pics.
Put some sense into your work, right now it's just random.

Part of the thing is, nobody crosses their arms like this, nobody runs like that and nobody puts half their hand up to their face when they're facepalming.

Pretty much all of these poses are either too stiff, too loose, and on top of that, far too unnatural

The color and brightness kind of hurts my eyes. Try dimming down the contrast to a more suttle level. The posing is a bit off, the guy running looks like his left hand is broken. Its a good start but you need to focus more on your posing skills
