Very bland - the posing's alright and the faceposing is hilarious, but the screenshot itself is very boring to look at. It's not a matter of editing, but a matter of making it interesting - if you're going to do a still shot, then you need to make it more than a woman, a gib, a desk, and a bottle. Even changing the angle at which the shot was taken (or adding some in-game lighting) would really spice up the shot.
