I finally got around to redoing the insides of the truck the way I first intended them to be. The engine is a small V8 that does about 340 hp on the dyno. I changed around the suspension so the ride is a bit smoother, and I added a clutch. Someone on Youtube kindly supplied me with the tachometer. I also used larger wheels in an attempt to fill in the wheel wells, as I'm just a tad too lazy and tired and unskilled to make those smaller. I know I only did a minor update, and not even a visual one, but I feel I made enough of a change to warrant a new thread, as I doubt a whole lot of people would have clicked on the old one anyways. Maybe someone could set up a "not worth a thread" thread here in Contraptions? I remember having one a while back.
I think it was worth a new thread XD... How'd you make the engine so powerfull? usually the thing i struggle the most with is getting torque out of those types of engines.... Can you possibly make a tutorial for these types?
Yeah, how DID you get the engine that powerful? I can't get my cars to go that fast, they always just flip over.
MrWhite is getting the expert on building engines. I followed his tut on building them (then messed about with weights and got a hint from Winston) for my El Ray truck which climbs like a billy goat. Its all on his channel.

As for the power, I've never really been able to figure out how my engines work as well as they do. It's weird.
Is that a quote fail or was that done on purpose? :v:
