One of my first poses. I dont have any fancy editing software so it was done entirely in-game. Please be gentle and don't totally flame me. Im new to posing.

Don't worry, it's an early pose for you. You'll learn as you make more of them.
As for this image, the major problem is that the default blood decals look ugly as sin on ragdolls - the best idea is to get some better decals, or edit in some better blood.

Also, TF2 ragdolls aren't exactly good to pose with, but thankfully a bunch of enhanced versions for posing has been released, it should be available in the model releases section.
Also, you might want to fix the clipping issue with the gun, it would make the picture way better.
I think the posing is alright, and I didn't even notice the gun clipping until AttemptedPants mentioned it (you should still avoid clipping though, unless is cloth or something where minor clipping is ok).
Im working on a new pose using your suggestions. But I cant really find a good editing software thats free. Plus Im not sure if Im that good at editing
Try GIMP, it's free.
Search Google or Youtube for tutorials, it's not really hard to follow.
Gotta love that bloom...
