I really like how in each picture, it stays true to the theme and atmosphere of the story. The quality of each image remains consistent in each frame. Good lighting and posing as well. Especially the last image. But not for any particular reason >.> Haha, nice job mate.

The map was low texture quality to begin with, so I had to find a middle way. Some Gimp work to keep the theme and it turned out ok:smile:

Discussions about content aside, I think the comic style itself could use a little work. The layout isn't really very interesting and the way you frame the panels is a little counterintuitive. Most of the time the intended protagonist of the scene is relegated to the corners of the panel, which only detracts the attention of the reader.

I don't get all this criticism for Rastifan. He's got obvious talent, very clear commitment and yet the only difference is he posts different kind of content. There's nothing [I]creepy[/I] about what he makes, it's just women getting intimate. His name is literally on any thread he makes, so if you know you don't like his stuff, don't open any of them. I've never said a word to you before Rastifan, but I admire your resillience for coming back here even though you attract a lot of criticism. I like your work and I'm envious of your talent, but I couldn't do the same thing, I just don't get the whole sex posing. But I'm glad you enjoy what you do. In regards to the thread, people here make a fair assessment; The comic doesn't seem to have a point. It comes off to me as a very transparent method of fleshing out a lesbian scene (Your posing, lighting and camera work are brilliant by the way). I've seen most of your other work and it's pretty much the same thing. I get that and it's your routine, I understand, It's just a shame that you're so close to something more meaningful and impacting. Like making a comic where the storyline and characters come first and then the sex (Which you're obviously fond of posing) has some kind of relevence to the story. Whereas now it seems like you imagine the sex first, then come up with something loose to tack on so it makes sense. I know that's fine for one kind of crowd, but I think people here have a higher standard when it comes to the setting and background. I'm aware of how popular you are elsewhere, so I understand if that sounds like something you're not interested in doing. I'd just like to see something more structured from you, because you've got the obvious talent for the carnal stuff and it would have a more logical place (And thus likely more accepted at Facepunch) in something deeper. Look, I feel like the fish out of water here and I'm pretty sure my opinion in this controversy is uncalled for, but if you guys don't mind, I'll say it. I hope it doesn't come across as condescending because that's not really my intention. Whether Rastifan's work is forbidden by the rules or not is one thing, but that's really up to the mods. As for whether it's up to your taste, that's up to you, but I don't think it warrants aggressiveness. I've already admitted recently that, for all the respect I have for Rastifan's talent (which I think is as good as most of you replying, but I'm not the best judge of screenshots, so who knows), it's not really my cup of tea. However, I don't think it's worth fighting about or getting angry. I thought it was okay, I also didn't really like the ending too much, but it's what he wanted to do and, what's most important to me in judging these works, he put effort into it. I respect that, so I didn't criticize the content because of my personal taste. Obviously that's me and I'm not really a paragon of anything, but I think that sort of reactions would make a nicer forum overall. That said, I need to add: Rastifan, it's also kind of your fault. I don't mean because of the type of content, I've already made that clear. It's just this thread has clearly escalated. At first there were some jabs at the picture, but it was mostly small stuff - I actually thought "suddenly boobs" was funny, mostly because I read it as a joke from the somewhat abrupt ending. I realize it starts piling up and, frankly, I can see how that could get aggravating, but shooting back harder is just gonna make things worse. At some point the thread stopped being about the picture and just about your reputation, and you're not just a victim in that regard. They poked at you, you poked back, all of a sudden everyone's bitch-slapping everyone. I don't see any wins here, but if you guys enjoy fighting, then by all means continue, don't let me stop you. Dactrius, Mythos thanks for your thoughts on the matter. It is all just fun and play for me, but not easy to explain that to people who overreacts for no reason what so ever. But to clarify, outside FP I only get positive feedback save the occasional nut job who goes off the handle because I paired the wrong protagonists (faboys, fangirls) FP has in general a young crowd and this is the reason for the negative feedback to erotic material. Simple as that. It is not criticism, just a fact. And yes the comic layout could have been done better. But I find it easier to stick to the simple solution.
