The blood doesn't look like it "wraps" around the body and you missed erasing it a bit on the arm. The shading on the bikini top doesn't match the scene.
You did a good job on texturing the ground.
The composition is good tho.

I approve of this. Did you edit the blood on that bloat to make it shiny?

No, I didn't. When I spawn model, it's bit shiny because of some updates.
