someone needs to sort out this council's town and country planning office. in a time of such economic hardship, we can't be this inefficient and waste money by building random brick walls in the middle of incredibly flat and well-trimmed fields. don't even get me started on the blackhole that is civil engineering - it's disgusting that the workers would simply dump their precautionary road signs in such idyllic countryside.
