I love those glows from the muzzleflashes. Something I wish I knew how to do D:

Basically it uses splatter brushes and lots and lots of duplicating layers and guassian blur to get the glow, plus a little bit of motion blur where it's needed.

Nice muzzleflashes there Chesty! Today I was practicing my muzzleflashes on GIMP and was wondering how people around here made them so good, that little tip might be really helpful :) Also nice DoF and Posing.

Just curious what do you use for editing then? Photoshop or Gimp because i understand Gimp but not Photoshop

I believe vman and chesty use Gimp and they do really well [editline]11:46PM[/editline] oh and chesty what gun model is that on the far left

GIMP is as great as Photoshop, there might be some random things that are easier to do with Photoshop because of its Plug-ins but you can always find your way into achieving the same effects in GIMP. But enought derailing on Chesty's thread guys!
