Techically,the Belgians never officially did enter WW2 against the axis. They only fought for 18 days before surrender and then for the next 4 years living under German occupation before allied liberation in late 1944.

It's symbolic. It shows that Belgium resisted 2 times against the germans.

Might be better if there would actually be some sort of resisting going on in the picture, now they are just playing team tag.
Have Germans actually oppressing/fighting back them while Belgians struggle and resist.
They look like they're walking like zombies to be honest.
