You will probably ask: what's with finger posing?
Well, that is models problem anyway - finger poser didn't detected fingers.

His head looks awfully placed.
I mean, You should have placed the citizen's head more above.
Also, please use fingerposing(Unless those models have none).
It's just not good, simple DOF looks bad, no finger posing, boring environment. Sorry, it just isn't good.
