Yeah, I don't know what's up with that. I used a CFG to make the game the highest quality possible and I didn't notice the textures were like that until I was editing.
In the future, never upload to Imgur, it butchers the quality. Also type jpeg_quality 100 in the console to get rid of all that nasty compression artifacts.
Other than that, you should have used a different map. TF2 and HL2 art styles are [I]vastly[/I] different, don't mix the two.

Use dropbox or something. Imgur really hurts your quality.

Your vid card probably defaulted to low settings cause it didn't support everything set in the CFG.

I use FRAPS and set the screenshot thing to PNG and do what I have to do in game.
