Posing is meh. Helicopter wouldn't probably fly that close to a bridge due to the risk of crashing into it.
Overall meh, nothing special. I would also like to know what he edited.

Can somebody please show me the helicopter? I cant see it.
The Trucks need Motion Blur and the dead Combine looks out of place but the posing on the human hunter is very good(but the model is overused).

The helicopter just looks like it blends in with the apartments
alright, a helicopter does not fly at such a low altitude. it wouldn't follow the human dude into the god damn tunnel, it flies over the tunnel. you should've moved it backwards and higher a little. also, the picture does not make sense. why would two trucks be on a train track? the metro police on the ground is just random and should be taken out.
his face looks weird and as stea1th said, helicopters or any other type of aircraft dont fly at such a low altitude.
The image is just unimpressive all around.
The subject matter is uninteresting. The posing is stiff with no illusion of movement - you describe it as "running from mercenaries" but I see little if anything implying any of the subjects are actually in a state of motion. The combined faceposing and slumped appearance of the main subject gives him a confused and blank look that says, "I just got out of a comfy chair and can't remember what I got up to do". The models themselves are a poor choice, and the 'editing' appears to consist of little more than a quick pass of the blur tool.
