Posing's great, but that's really where I stop liking it.

Fighting the BLUs? Red team is scattered now since BLU isn't doing what the Announcer tells them to do.
The posing is terrible, so are the camera angles, and use DoF!
Also, work on your posing alot more before you post pics, please. There are alot of posing tutorials out there.
