Looks better. Posing seems a little awkward, and it appears that from this angle, the guy hiding is well sticking out from his cover. Also, I'd work on the lighting. I get that it's a dull lit room, but you can make the lighting a bit more interesting. Perhaps backing up and zooming in more would help as well.
